By accessing or using TeraBoxMate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
TeraBoxMate resolves publicly shared TeraBox links into direct download or streaming URLs. We are an independent tool and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TeraBox or its owners.
2. Acceptable use
- You may only download content you own or are legally authorized to access.
- You must not use the service to infringe copyright or other rights.
- You must not attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or security controls.
- You must not use automated means to abuse the service.
3. Free usage and premium plans
Free users receive 10 successful downloads per session, enforced on our servers. Premium plans (₹10 Day Pass and ₹199 Unlimited) provide unlimited downloads subject to fair-use protections against abuse. See Pricing for details.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by a third-party provider. Premium entitlements are granted after server-side verification. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property & takedowns
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices under our DMCA / Copyright Policy.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeraBoxMate is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
