We want you to be happy with TeraBoxMate. This policy explains when refunds are available for our premium plans.

Free trial first

Every user gets 10 free downloads per session before paying anything. We encourage you to try the service for free to confirm it works for your links before purchasing.

Eligibility for refunds

• Technical failure: If a paid plan does not activate due to a verified technical issue on our side, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Duplicate charges: Accidental duplicate payments are refunded in full.
• Day Pass (₹10): Because this is a low-cost, immediately-consumable 24-hour pass, refunds are only available for technical failures or duplicate charges.
• Unlimited (₹199): Eligible for a refund within 3 days of purchase if you have made minimal use of the service and are unsatisfied.

Non-refundable situations

• Change of mind after substantial use of a premium plan.
• Inability to download content that is not legitimately shared or has been removed by the original uploader.
• Violations of our Terms of Service.

How to request a refund

Email us or use our contact form with your registered email and the approximate date of purchase. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
