DMCA / Copyright Policy

TeraBoxMate respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. TeraBoxMate does not host third-party files; we resolve links to content stored on TeraBox and prefer temporary direct URLs.
No files hosted here
Because we do not store the underlying content, the most effective way to remove content is to contact TeraBox directly, as they host the files. We will, however, promptly disable access through our resolver for any link found to infringe copyright.
Submitting a takedown notice
To request removal of access to allegedly infringing material, send a notice including:
- Your full name and contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact TeraBox link(s) you want us to block from our resolver.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Where to send it
Submit notices through our contact form with the subject "DMCA Takedown". We aim to act on valid notices within 72 hours.
Counter-notices
If you believe a link was wrongly disabled, you may submit a counter-notice with equivalent detail and we will review it in good faith.
Repeat infringers
We may terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
